Vista Lane sits on an acre of what feels like a hidden forest in the middle of town. Our vision with Vista was to create an updated version of “euro-cottage” right in South-Central Sioux Falls.

The exterior took on a garage expansion which required adding in a new material with the existing brick. The addition of board and batten throughout, along with the the mixture of white cottage grid windows and open pane black, created a more modern take on the traditional look.

In the kitchen we created an old-world feel by combining a more traditional hickory with the softly glazed cream cabinets and stunning modern appliances. The polished silver and gold hood really pop against the gorgeous quartz slab backsplash.

Dark hardwood floors and moulding accents throughout left this home with a timeless feel that will last for years to come.
