Meet Megan Renee

Hi, I’m Megan, founder and lead designer of Renee Designs. Renee Designs is the result of organically discovering what lights my soul on fire…giving new life to old spaces! What started in 2017, and was supposed to be nothing more than me designing my own “forever home”, turned into numerous, incredibly fulfilling opportunities, to create beautiful homes for new families to enjoy. Although I do specialize in residential remodels, I also love working with the blank slate of a new build, or simply bringing joy back into a neglected room. There is no project too big or too small, too simple or too complicated for me to take on, I love every space the same!

Renee: derived from the Latin Renatus, meaning Reborn.

Erik Wiltgen

General Contractor

Megan met Erik in 2021 when Erik purchased a home she was working on and they have been working together ever since. Erik is a third-generation builder from LeMars, Iowa and has been in the Sioux Falls area for over 7 years. Specializing in residential and commercial builds, renovations and additions, Erik understands the

spaces you work and live in are important. Clients rely on his skill and expertise and trust him to work closely with architects and designers to smoothly take your plans from concept to reality.  Erik handles all challenges with transparency and high-level problem-solving and guarantees to deliver a first-class quality product with the highest customer satisfaction.

Next Level Construction and Next Level Finish have been a part of this journey with me from House #1. I have a very solid relationship with their crew and after working on numerous houses together, we understand each other very well. Whether it’s demo work, framing, window install, painting or refinishing, Next Level can get it done!
